Welcome to Traffic Administration. We are now looking for a new Intern/LIA for our team at DSV in Jönköping! The business area consists of traffic managers, traffic administrators, and traffic economic administrators working with transport between Sweden and Denmark, Finland, and Norway.

With good collaboration, there are great opportunities for employment over the summer period.

What will you do?

Handling bookings
Customer service via email and phone, as well as in our customer service system Freshdesk

What do you bring?

To fit the role of traffic administrator, you should be meticulous, driven, and have an eye for detail. You enjoy collaboration and helping with the tasks assigned to the group on an ongoing basis. Good computer skills and proficiency in Excel, as well as in English and Swedish, are also required. It is an advantage if you have some industry knowledge.

If you have knowledge of our customer system Freshdesk, this is an advantage.
