ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a power engineer for our client in Ludvika who wants to develop their technical skills and contribute as technical support. In this role, you will provide technical guidance to the sales, project, and design teams. You will make technical knowledge more accessible within the organization and work closely with the engineering department. A large part of the job involves responding to technical inquiries via a functional mailbox. As the team is newly formed, you will be part of an exciting development journey and help shape work routines and build a functioning case management system.

You will be part of the design department, which currently has about 350 employees and continues to grow to meet market demand. The role suits you who are relationship-building and thrive best with many contact points. You are technically inclined and see problem-solving as creative endeavors. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and advice to the organization
  • Write detailed technical reports for customer orders, review technical data, and analyze reports and drawings
  • Ensure high quality in the technical support by responding quickly and customer-focused
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to develop and strengthen your technical skills
  • Participate in internal training initiatives

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has an engineering degree in power engineering or another equivalent field, or relevant work experience that our client deems equivalent
  • Fluently speaks and writes in Swedish and English as daily communication occurs in both languages
  • Has the ability and willingness to work on-site Mon-Fri

Please Note: Only applications in Swedish will be handled considering the lingual requirement for fluency in both written and spoken Swedish, applications in other languages will be rejected.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in HVDC
  • Previously worked with technical support
