ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a Product Implementation Manager for our client in Ludvika. In this role, you will have a central role in leading projects for the introduction and phase-out of products in the factory. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with several different teams, such as the sales team, design, R&D, production, and after-sales to ensure that new products are launched effectively and that older products are phased out smoothly.

You will be part of the design team and contribute to the development of market-leading high-voltage products. The team currently consists of 6 people, two of whom have the same role we are looking for. It’s not just the team that is growing; the department is also expanding to meet market needs, and today about 350 employees work in the department. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Structurally drive implementation projects and ensure that all deliveries are carried out according to the established timeline
• Collaborate closely with departments such as sales, design, purchasing, and production to ensure smooth introduction or phase-out of products
• Be responsible for ongoing communication and reporting of project status to the R&D Project Manager, Local Product Manager, and the local management team
• Create a comprehensive picture of the various functions' responsibilities within product development and production within the organization
• Support internal teams by providing knowledge about new products and implementation processes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has an engineering degree in electrical power or another equivalent field, or work experience that our client considers equivalent
• Fluently speaks and writes in Swedish and English as daily communication occurs in both languages
• Has the ability and willingness to work on-site Mon-Fri
