JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We at Hedemora Kommunfastigheter AB are looking for a property technician who will work in a department called Internal Maintenance with technical managers/operations managers, property technicians, system administrators, team leaders, and painters.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervision and maintenance of the properties' technical systems on-site
• Perform systematic fire protection work and manage fire alarm and sprinkler systems
• Handle periodic service schedules, e.g., functional checks and filter changes
• Conduct air and temperature measurements for our customers
• Troubleshooting heating, hot water, and ventilation issues for our customers
• Repair and maintenance actions based on orders or fault reports
• Meter readings and follow-up on energy statistics
• Administration, e.g., customer reporting, energy statistics, work order management, follow-up on contractor orders, etc.
• Ensure that OVK inspections are carried out and address any faults identified.
• Experience working with computers and digital tools.

The position is based in Hedemora. On-call duty is included in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

You contribute with your expertise and commitment and have a property/technical education at the high school level or equivalent competence acquired in another way.

A technical property competence through relevant work experience in heating and ventilation systems, control, and regulation technology.

• It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue with tenants and your colleagues.
• You can work independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and take responsibility for completing your tasks.
• You enjoy providing good service and always act professionally in your customer interactions.
• You have a good ability to work administratively with the help of digital tools and can express yourself well in both speech and writing.

Desirable qualifications:

• Perform service on heating, ventilation, and control systems.

The position requires a B driver's license for manual transmission. A criminal record extract is required for employment.
