The Opportunity

HVDC is looking for an Electrical Installation Manager for the maintenance team at the High Voltage Laboratory STRI in Ludvika. You will be part of an engaged and driven group, where you will perform your tasks of varying nature, either independently or together with your colleagues. In the role of Electrical Installation Manager, you will plan, lead, and execute maintenance and installation on our test equipment and electrical installations.

How You Will Impact

• Plan, lead, and perform maintenance on test equipment for high voltage testing, including its control and monitoring systems.
• Plan maintenance and control and be responsible for the operation of the laboratory's test power and medium voltage switchgear.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and control of the laboratory's low voltage electrical installations.
• Planning and documentation of electrical installations.

Your Background

• Engaged and driven, works independently but also a dedicated team player, with a problem-solving, structured, and methodical approach.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, and control as well as troubleshooting of industrial electrical installations and control systems.
• Proactive, seeks opportunities, and takes responsibility for the tasks you work on.
• High school education with a focus on Electrical and Energy or Industrial Technology is a minimum requirement.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Authorization A, AL, or B is an advantage.
