Meeting Scheduler

Do you have the interest and the good spirit to become a specialized “Meeting Scheduler” for private individuals and companies, with an overarching support responsibility for this department's staff? Our client has an increased need within this niche! Your manager will be the company's CEO, and we are looking for you to join the company's headquarters in Stockholm.

This position gives you the chance for rewarding communication and presentation with invitations to informative meetings in finance & insurance, where your clients' security is the focus. We also include the possibility of legal advice from internal lawyers working in economic family law.

We value your personality the most, which fits into this creative company, and you will successfully develop the entire concept.

This happens together with the current staff on issues related to the needs expressed by invited contacts, which offers clients securities. This aligns with the company's concept!

Through a well-planned start at the company, you will participate in the company's self-developed communication training. This is through their internal training in sales psychology. This knowledge helps you provide the secure and best possible dialogue and care for your clients.

Your personal willingness and experience in caring sales and personal service are prioritized.

You are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Working hours: Full-time
