Healthcare and social services include Vingåkers municipality's disability care and elderly care. Together, we are responsible for support measures for approximately 450 residents in the municipality, and we have 350 dedicated employees. The Staffing Unit employs 10 committed staff members in billing, home care planning, staffing, recruitment, and student and internship coordination. Together, we work towards common goals with a focus on meeting the needs of all operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a staffing assistant with us! In the role of staffing assistant, you will be responsible for managing orders that come into our staffing system and booking substitutes for our various operations in the municipality. A workday may involve a wide range of different tasks, including:

• Matching substitutes to needs
• Managing incoming calls to our staffing unit
• Managing incoming mail, emails, and other administrative tasks
• Providing administrative support to managers
• Assisting with incoming inquiries

As support in your work, you have a digital staffing system, Time Care pool, Time Care planning, and the municipality's payroll management program, Visma. Working hours vary, and you will be scheduled for days and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this position, you need to have a high school education and at least one year of experience in similar work. We are looking for someone who is structured, flexible, and responsible in their work. Furthermore, you need to have a strong sense of service and be clear in your communication. You should be able to maintain a good dialogue with employees, colleagues, and managers, and act calmly in stressful situations.

To succeed in this role, good computer skills are required, and you should enjoy working with the phone and computer as your primary tools. Experience in customer service-oriented jobs is an advantage.

The position is a permanent employment that may start with a 6-month probationary period.
