About the position

In the role of process operator, you will work in various manufacturing processes within the production flow. In each area, a number of automated machines are managed, with some tasks performed manually.

You will be an important part of the manufacturing process.

Working with high safety standards, good quality, and following the guidelines associated with our operations is crucial in our production.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with a technical focus. Previous work experience in the manufacturing industry is considered an advantage, especially in cable manufacturing.

A strong safety mindset, experience with reading technical drawings, and familiarity with IFS, 5S, and continuous improvement processes are other valuable skills.

We also expect you to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, while knowledge of English is a plus.
