We are looking for:
Strengthening of the Service Desk.
As a technical specialist, you will be part of a team for one or more objects and report to the responsible team leader. Your assignment is to ensure that the operations receive the technical support requested based on an established and approved plan, as well as to ensure that the changes fit into the existing technical environment.
The assignment is part of the technical deliveries within the center for information technology and medical technology. The role may also involve participation in several different projects and assignments within the region.
Competence requirements:
The consultant must:
- Have relevant academic education/experience in IT and end-user support.
- Possess good basic technical skills and the ability to listen, analyze, and create trust and engagement at all levels of an organization.
- Have worked for 1-2 years in a similar role.
