Responsibilities
As a project manager, you will drive renovation and development projects in our existing properties as well as new productions when relevant. - Be responsible for warranty inspections.
- Stay updated on and knowledgeable about the regulations and authority requirements affecting the projects.
- Provide support in construction and property-related questions to other colleagues in the property company and the group, and actively participate in the development of the business.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- Post-secondary education in the construction sector as well as in project management.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience from similar roles in project management and property management.
- Experience in leading, acting as a client, and setting requirements in renovation or new construction projects regarding construction, HVAC, electrical, and other technical installations.
- Good knowledge of AB/ABT, ABK, familiarity with the Planning and Building Act (Plan- och bygglagen) and the Building Regulations (BBR).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Your personal suitability is key to success in this role. You are results-oriented and work ambitiously to achieve set goals. As a natural relationship builder, you take social initiatives, easily make new contacts, and have a collaborative ability that allows you to find solutions that benefit the whole team without ego.
You are good at and enjoy communicating, both internally and externally. At the same time, you are structured and meticulous, and accustomed to driving your work forward independently. You are open, engaged, and enthusiastic, and you thrive driving projects all the way from idea to goal.
We value team-oriented colleagues where you contribute to the group both socially and through experience sharing.
The position requires a valid driver's license (Category B). Business travel occurs.
Geographical Location
The position is located at Mio's headquarters in Tibro, and you report to the Head of Property.
