What we offer:

We are looking for a merchandiser/confectionery picker for a part-time position of 13–20 hours/week, where you will be responsible for Cloetta's bulk and natural candy sections in various stores in South Stockholm (Liljeholmen, Tyresö, Haninge, Nynäshamn).

You will work on Mondays and Thursdays starting at 08:00, as well as every other Saturday. There is an opportunity for additional work if you wish to learn store installations, which takes place on Wednesdays, as well as extra shifts during vacancies and seasonal peaks.

The role involves working independently, meaning you work on your own in the store during your shifts. You follow planned tasks and routines. The work is varied and takes place in different store environments, with daily contact with store staff and customers.

The work is physically demanding and involves frequent lifting of candy boxes. A hand truck is used as an aid when handling and moving pallets and products in the store.

Responsibilities:

• Restock and ensure that bulk and natural candy sections are well-stocked and present an appealing sales display.
• Pick products from the store's warehouse.
• Perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the candy sections.
• Place orders for goods according to established routines.
• Handle waste such as cardboard and plastic.
• Act as Cloetta's representative in the store towards staff and customers.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid B-driver's license (required).
• Access to a personal car during all work shifts (required).
• Availability to work weekdays during daytime hours, scheduled between 08:00–17:00.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks as planned.
• Good planning skills, orderliness, and efficiency.
• Flexibility and ability to handle changes with short notice.
• Good physical fitness as the work involves repeated lifting and significant movement.

Previous experience in grocery retail, picking, or store work is advantageous. Introduction and training are provided before the start of the assignment.

Employment conditions:

The position is a part-time job of 13–20 hours per week. Training is conducted as soon as possible. Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, with Saturday shifts included.

The employment is covered by the Retail Agreement between Svensk Handel and the Swedish Union for Shop and Office Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).
