Daily Activities within LSS

Do you love dogs and want to make a difference for people every day? Then you might be our next colleague at Prima Hund.

We are looking for an engaged and reliable employee for our daily activities within LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities), where dogs, community, and individual development are at the center.

About Prima Hund

Prima Hund is a daily activity center according to LSS where participants have the opportunity to develop through meaningful activities together with dogs. With us, care, pedagogy, and animal contact are combined in a warm and inclusive environment.

We work individually tailored and focus on creating structure, participation, and joy in everyday life.

About the Role

As an employee with us, you work closely with our participants in daily work. You support, motivate, and create security while you together take care of the dogs and carry out the activities of the business.

The tasks may include among others:

• Support and guidance to participants in everyday life
• Activities together with dogs
• Walks and simpler dog care
• Social training and motivational work
• Documentation and collaboration with colleagues and relatives
• Contributing to a positive and secure environment

We are looking for you who

• Have a genuine interest in people and dogs
• Are secure, responsible, and empathetic
• Have experience working within LSS, care, or social work
• Are flexible and have good teamwork skills
• Can work in a structured and independent manner

It is an advantage if you:

• Have education within healthcare and care or pedagogy
• Have experience with dog activities or dog training
• Have knowledge about autism and NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders)
• Have had a role in club life and are sports interested
