We are a team of over 30 employees serving approximately 17,000 registered patients. The health centre is operated independently on behalf of Region Stockholm. Job Description

To meet the increased patient flow, we are looking for a District Nurse or Registered Nurse, preferably with prescribing rights, for work both at the clinic and within home care services.

• Clinic: Patient visits, telephone advice, triage, and other routine tasks at a health centre.
• Home Care: We are responsible for approximately 100 registered patients distributed across six districts. The work is carried out in a team together with doctors, district nurses, and assistant nurses.

Qualifications

• Licensed District Nurse or Registered Nurse, preferably with a few years of experience.
• Experience from primary care, both clinic and home care, is meritorious.
• You are confident in your professional role, self-reliant, and yet a team player.
• You can independently plan, prioritize, and make decisions with patient safety in focus.
• You have good communication skills, are flexible, solution-oriented, and contribute to a good working environment.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
• Knowledge of the medical record system TakeCare and the telephone system MBX is meritorious.

Employment Terms

• Permanent position, full-time (100%).
• Six-month probationary period applies.
• Start date: Immediately or as agreed.
