About Us

Dals Ängar is a modern and cozy nursing home with 60 apartments spread across six units and three floors. You will be working with a fantastic team that constantly strives to achieve good and high-quality care. We are now looking for you who want to give that little extra to ensure our elderly residents enjoy their stay with us during the summer months.

About the Role

As an hourly temporary staff member, your work will focus on providing good care and support to the elderly. You will work from a person-centered approach and among other things perform the following tasks:

• Receive delegation for medication administration from the Enrolled Nurse (SSK).
• Conduct fun activities.
• Handle documentation and incident reports.
• Take overall responsibility together with your colleagues to plan and distribute tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with HSL staff; Enrolled Nurses (SSK), rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses.

Working Hours and Employment Level: Varying employment levels. Day, evening, weekend, and night shifts.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting, other benefits according to collective agreements.

Start Date: According to agreement.

Who are you? We prefer that you are trained as a Care Assistant (undersköterska) or have experience as a Nursing Assistant (vårdbiträde), with experience from nursing homes or home care services. In addition to education and experience, your personal qualities are just as important. To thrive in the role of hourly employee, we believe you are a social person who wants to spread joy and create well-being for the people around you. A smile or a kind word can make someone else's day much better.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in nursing homes or home care services.
• Experience working with people with dementia.
