RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a nursing assistant for our short-term ward.

As a nursing assistant with us, you work with qualified care, daily support, and contribute to creating a secure and meaningful everyday life for our individuals. You work person-centered and base your work on each individual's needs and wishes.

The short-term ward receives people who, after a hospital stay, are waiting to return home, individuals awaiting a place in specialized housing, and people in need of respite care, relief, or palliative interventions. The work is characterized by a salutogenic approach where you support the individuals' recovery, rehabilitation, and preparation for returning home.

You work in close collaboration with nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, social secretaries, physiotherapists, and your nearest manager. The position includes daily documentation according to current legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a trained nursing assistant.
• Previous experience working in elderly care is meritorious.
• You are experienced in working with digital systems and using technical aids.
• You convey calm and security and can meet people in different situations in a professional manner.
• Furthermore, it is important that you are engaged in the work, have good cooperation skills, and can work both individually and in a group.
• Since work on the short-term ward sometimes involves rapid changes, we expect you to be flexible and able to maintain calm even in demanding situations.
