Do you want to work close to operations and contribute to a safe and functioning road network? We are now looking for a driven and experienced Foreman for our operations and maintenance activities in Helsingborg.

Your role:

As a Foreman, you support the Site Manager and are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing the work in daily production. You work both operationally and administratively, handling quality assurance, working environment, customer contacts, economic follow-up, planning of personnel and machinery, invoicing, and participation in budgeting and forecasting.

You maintain regular contact with customers and clients, prepare quotations, and provide proposals. This means you thrive in a role with a business focus and relationship-building dialogues. The role involves significant freedom under responsibility, where you have the opportunity to influence both working methods and results.

About the operations:

You will become part of our team in Helsingborg, working with operations, maintenance, and smaller construction projects, utilizing both own staff and hired resources/subcontractors.

Examples of work performed by the group include:

• Winter road maintenance
• Sand collection
• Road inspections and traffic damage repairs
• Paving works
• Green area maintenance
• Drainage works (manholes and culverts)
• Signage and guardrail works
• Maintenance of rest areas
• Traffic damage repairs
• Summer and Winter on-call duty

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have education in a relevant field and/or several years of experience as a Foreman in construction, operations, and maintenance. Experience in operations and maintenance work as well as winter road maintenance is a requirement for the position.

You have high social competence, work in a structured manner, and inspire trust in meetings with both employees and customers. Your leadership is clear, present, and engaging.

Good computer skills and administrative ability are required as all follow-up and documentation are done digitally, including via GPS-based systems.

• A Category B driver's license is required
• On-call duty/road supervision is included, and we would appreciate if you have experience in both executing and leading on-call services
