About the Role

As a service technician at A.R.C in Malmö, you will have an independent and varied role where you are responsible for the service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and ventilation systems for our clients. You will work with both planned service tasks and urgent interventions, contributing to the creation of energy-efficient, reliable, and sustainable buildings.

Your main responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and/or ventilation systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and functional checks
• Identify improvement measures that increase operational reliability and energy efficiency
• Document completed work and report deviations
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
• Contribute to developing our working methods and delivering top-class service

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in service and maintenance within refrigeration, ventilation, or both areas. You are a solution-oriented technician who thrives on taking responsibility, working independently, and building long-term customer relationships.

We believe you have:

• Experience working with refrigeration and/or ventilation systems
• Technical education in refrigeration, ventilation, HVAC, or equivalent experience
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Certification in refrigeration (F-gas)
• Experience with control and regulation technology or building automation
• OVK certification or experience with ventilation balancing
