About the Role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for driving projects related to the renovation and extension of civil defense shelters in southern Sweden. You step in once the project is secured and collaborate with your colleagues to plan, organize, and execute it. You work on multiple projects simultaneously and have overall responsibility, with a focus on structure, economics, regulatory compliance, and delivery.

More specifically, the role entails:

• Driving and leading the delivery of shelter projects from win to completion
• Planning resources together with the Regional Manager
• Responsible for the project's economy, schedule, forecasts, and follow-up
• Handling procurement with material suppliers and subcontractors
• Handling Additional Terms and Conditions (ÄTA) and economic dialogue with the client
• Ongoing customer contact and collaboration with external partners
• Ensuring that projects are driven efficiently, structured, and with good profitability

About You

The following are requirements for the position:

• Documented experience from the construction industry
• Experience driving projects as a Project Manager or in other roles with similar responsibilities
• Good understanding of project management, resource planning, and project economics
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
• Good computer literacy
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Certification in Bas-P and Bas-U is highly meritorious

Working Hours: 07:00-16:00 Mon-Fri
