About the position

As evening and weekend staff with us, you will meet elderly people in their own homes and support them in their daily lives – everything from personal care and hygiene to meals, transfers, and social interaction. You work independently at our customers' homes, but are always part of a team that supports each other.

The home care service operates in Nyköping Municipality, and working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends. You can either follow a fixed schedule or be on call and be booked based on need.

We currently have several positions open as the business is growing, and we are looking for you who want to work both part-time and full-time. We accept applications from both those interested in hourly employment and those seeking permanent employment. A permanent employment always begins with a probationary period. Previous experience in home care is an advantage.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who:

• enjoy working independently and take personal responsibility for your tasks
• are secure, sensitive, and empathetic in encounters with elderly people
• can communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• have a genuine interest in contributing to the well-being and quality of life of others
• are flexible and adapt easily to the customer's needs

You must be able to cycle all year round – this is a requirement for the position. A B-class driver's license is not a requirement, but it is an advantage, as you can then also work in our outer areas in the countryside and are not limited to the city center.

OBS! We check references for our applicants, and we require extracts from the criminal record register.

We have a collective agreement.

Scope: Part-time and full-time, approx. 50–100 %
