About the position

As home care staff with us, you will meet elderly people in their own homes and support them in their daily lives – everything from personal care and hygiene to meals, mobility assistance, and social interaction. You work independently at our customers' homes, but are always part of a team that supports each other.

Working hours vary between days, evenings, and every other weekend. Our service area covers the entire Nyköping municipality, including some of the municipality's outer areas – therefore, you must be prepared to work both in the city center and in the countryside.

This is a permanent position starting with a probationary period. Previous experience in home care is an advantage.

Education as a nursing assistant or care aide is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A B driver's license is a requirement for this position, as the work involves traveling between customers both in the city center and in the countryside.

NOTE! We check references for our applicants, and we require extracts from the criminal record register.

We have a collective agreement.

Scope: Part-time from approx. 80% up to full-time – we are flexible.
