Your responsibilities

As a developer here, you will work in a small, tight-knit team where we iterate quickly and make decisions close to both the customer and the product. The focus is on backend development, but there is also an opportunity to broaden your skills in areas such as DevOps, AI, and test development, depending on your interest and experience. You will have significant influence over solutions, technology choices, and how we develop the team forward.

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Building and further developing backend solutions in Rust
• Working with our event-driven and message-based architecture
• Contributing to the development of scalable solutions with a focus on performance, quality, and user benefit
• Participating in the entire development process – from idea and design to implementation and improvement
• Contributing new perspectives and exploring new technologies and working methods

Your profile

We believe you have:

• A Master of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in backend development
• Experience programming in Rust, C++, or similar languages
• Experience with distributed systems or an interest in event-driven architecture
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Plus:

• Experience with event-driven systems or event-driven architecture
• Knowledge in DevOps and/or AI solutions
• Experience in test development
