Working at a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and busy, all while having fun together! Whether at the checkout, among the shelves, or in the middle of our campaigns, you are the one who creates the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure the store looks neat, is well-stocked, and is inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, the next day you reorganize an entire department. No two days are alike – and we love it!

You don't need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe you:

• Enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better

• Are available to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
