ICA Ringen is located in Ringen Centrum near Skanstull on Södermalm. It is a modern store with a strong focus on fresh food, quality, and culinary joy. Customers are greeted by a large manual delicatessen counter, a well-stocked fish and seafood counter, a wide range of ready-made meals, and an inspiring assortment within the store's fresh food sections.

We are now looking for an engaged and driven Sales Manager who wants to continue developing our strong fresh food profile.

As the Fresh Food Sales Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations, sales, and development within delicatessen, meat, and packaged ready meals. You work closely with our other fresh food sections – fish and seafood, cheese and charcuterie, as well as the kitchen – to create an inspiring whole and a top-class customer experience.

The role combines operational work in the store with clear leadership responsibilities. You lead and develop the team, work actively with assortment, display, and sales, and monitor key figures such as margin, shrinkage, and profitability.

• Experience working with fresh food, preferably delicatessen, meat, or ready meals.

• Experience in team leadership and personnel responsibility.

• Experience with ordering, assortment work, and shrinkage control.

• Knowledge of food hygiene, self-control, and HACCP.

• Good computer skills and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience from ICA, knowledge of the "Min Butik" system, leadership or sales training, kitchen experience, and familiarity with working with store events and supplier collaborations.
