The Corporate Office of Purchasing and Economic Control consists of approximately 75 employees who drive Region Skåne's purchasing activities for goods and services. Here, you will work in modern and pleasant premises in an attractive location at Dockan in Malmö, with a wide range of lunch restaurants nearby and good transport connections.

The Corporate Office of Purchasing and Economic Control conducts public procurements totaling approximately seven billion SEK per year. It consists of four units, and we are recruiting three buyers/purchasing strategists for the Unit IT, Medicines, Assistive Devices, and Healthcare Services as well as the Unit Perioperative, Medical Technology, and Healthcare Materials. The units consist of category managers and purchasing strategists distributed across different category teams.

Responsibilities

As a buyer/purchasing strategist with us, you play a central role in driving and developing qualified purchasing and procurement processes. You lead procurement projects from analysis and planning to implementation and follow-up, where you, among other things, prepare needs and market analyses, develop business proposals, and contribute to long-term category strategies that create value for the organization.

You are also responsible for developing supplier relationships, conducting negotiations, drafting contracts, and ensuring efficient contract management. Through a strategic and innovative approach, you contribute to improving purchasing processes and finding solutions that support the organization's long-term goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in purchasing and are confident in the role of project manager with experience leading and driving projects. You have a university degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, law, technology, purchasing/procurement, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Since you will independently conduct oral negotiations and formulate contract text, very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. You also have good experience with the Microsoft Office suite, where very good skills in Excel are considered a prerequisite for the position. We would appreciate it if you have good knowledge of or experience working in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU).

The tasks require you to be structured and goal-oriented. You are a good negotiator with the ability to maintain and further develop relationships with clients, various market actors, and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you are driven in your work approach with experience working long-term and commercially. You have a good ability to work independently while valuing good collaboration with your colleagues. With a solution-oriented attitude, you thrive in a high pace and are motivated by developing yourself and contributing to your colleagues' development. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Salary range: Buyer 37,400–45,500 SEK and Purchasing Strategist 45,600–52,800 SEK.

The Purchasing Strategist position falls under the collective agreement area HÖK AKV: HÖK AKV.

We plan to hold first interviews during week 33.
