Do you want to drive strategic and business-critical purchasing work in a company where quality, sustainability, and long-term supplier relationships are in focus? We are now looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager for a fixed-term position from September 2026 to April 2027.

About the role
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring commercial and efficient sourcing work by developing supplier relationships, driving negotiations, and managing supplier contracts. You work closely with the business to create competitive terms while ensuring quality, sustainability, and availability.

An important part of the assignment is to manage and further develop existing purchasing and sourcing strategies, as well as contribute to Kronans Apotek's continued development within purchasing. During the fixed-term position, you will also be involved in initiatives related to the store assortment, with a focus on optimizing the offer for both the customer and the business.

Examples of your tasks:

• Support the development of supplier and purchasing strategies
• Create and improve guidelines, processes, templates, and tools within Sourcing
• Overall supplier responsibility for selected suppliers
• Drive contract negotiations
• Conduct supplier evaluations as well as follow-up and meetings (Business Review Meeting)
• Price and term negotiations
• Organize and monitor the company's concluded contracts

You report to the Group Manager Sourcing and become part of a team consisting of three additional colleagues within Strategic Sourcing. You are welcome to our nice office in Stadshagen, Kungsholmen, where we apply hybrid work (at least 3 days in the office).

We are looking for you who is an experienced and business-driven sourcing profile. You thrive in an independent role where you drive negotiations, build strong supplier relationships, and identify opportunities to develop processes and create business value. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and unpretentious, with good collaboration skills and a natural focus on results.

We are looking for you who have:

• Several years of work experience in sourcing or strategic purchasing
• Experience from retail, FMCG, or the pharmacy industry
• Extensive experience in negotiations with suppliers
• Very good experience in contract writing and contract management
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
