We are now looking for a Handyman to join our team in Lindholmen, Gothenburg. You will become part of an onsite team with close collaboration between operations, service, and the client, in a modern office environment with high demands for service, safety, and quality in daily work. The Role In the role of Handyman, you are responsible for minor maintenance, supervision, and practical interventions in daily operations. You contribute to ensuring that the working environment is functional, safe, and pleasant for the client's employees and visitors. Responsibilities include: · Minor repairs and ongoing maintenance of the building. · Supervision, patrolling, and corrective actions for faults. · Handling incoming fault reports. · Contact with suppliers and contractors as needed. · Support during projects, renovations, furniture installation, and other practical tasks. · Ensuring order and tidiness in common areas and technical environments. · Participating in systematic fire safety work, including fire safety patrols, follow-up, and reporting of deviations according to current procedures and legal requirements. · Acting as the local Security Point of Contact (SPOC) and being the contact person for security-related issues towards employees, suppliers, and internal security functions. · Contributing to identifying, reporting, and following up on security-related deviations, as well as driving improvement measures. · Contributing to good service and professional treatment towards the client and users. Who You Are We are looking for you who: · Have experience in a similar role within property, service, or technical maintenance. · Have experience with fire safety work (SBA) and conducting regular safety and fire safety patrols. · Are practical, independent, and solution-oriented. · Have a high service mindset and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. · Are structured, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. · Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are service-oriented, reliable, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Qualifications It is an advantage if you have experience with: · Systematic fire safety work (SBA), fire safety patrols, and/or relevant training in fire safety. · Acting as a local contact person for security matters, for example as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) or in a similar security coordination function. · Experience from international office environments or larger operations with high demands for safety and compliance. · Training in fire safety, security, or property operations.
