Tallbacka Elderly Care Home is centrally located and divided into two departments with special housing and four departments for people with dementia. As a nursing assistant with us, you get the chance to work with varied and meaningful tasks where no day is like the other.

We are now seeking, subject to necessary approvals, three nursing assistants for night shifts at Tallbacka. The positions have varying levels of employment, one at 74.43% and two at 77.67%. In connection with your application, you must state which employment levels you are interested in.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you work based on our shared values, which mean that the people you meet receive professional treatment, security, influence, and participation. Shift work according to a schedule for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

You who apply have a nursing assistant education or other education/experience assessed as equivalent by the employer. The work as a nursing assistant at Tallbacka includes among other things:

• Individualized care: This means you always put the residents at the center. You have knowledge of the residents' needs and wishes to create a meaningful existence.
• Participation: We work to ensure that residents and their relatives feel included.
• Collaboration: With all people around the resident, with other professions in the team, relatives, and close ones.

• Leadership: In your role as a nursing assistant with us, you have different leadership roles. You are a contact person, representative, you introduce new employees, and supervise pupils/students.
• Quality: You contribute to Tallbacka maintaining good quality. You work towards set goals and with follow-up and evaluation of the work.
• Job Joy: We are all part of the work environment. A positive attitude, good treatment, flexibility, direct and honest communication contribute to a good environment.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Conditions

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to be able to communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, as well as participate in documentation.

An extract from the police criminal record is required before employment.
