About the Unit

Mottagning Svärdsjö is a small rural health center with just under 5,000 registered patients in the northern part of Falun Municipality, approximately 26 km from central Falun. Bus connections are available. The unit has approximately 22 employees, including doctors, district nurses/nurses, medical secretaries, assistant nurses, as well as physiotherapists, psychologists, care coordinators, and rehabilitation coordinators. The work environment is positive, we work closely together, and maintain a flat hierarchy. We collaborate regularly with the Norslund clinic and the Elsborg Family Center.

Responsibilities

We are now looking for you – a district nurse or child health nurse – who wishes to split your role between Child Health Services (BVC) nursing duties and general district nurse tasks such as telephone advice, clinic visits, and day-round operations. The work is flexible and varied, and you have significant freedom to structure your days, as you will handle BVC activities together with another colleague. The remaining days are distributed among the three core functions mentioned above.

Qualifications

Registered nurse with further education as a district nurse or child health nurse.

Personal suitability is highly valued.
