About the Role

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager within integrated security systems for our department working with security issues. The department consists of project-leading security specialists and security managers. We provide consulting services within the security area for our customers and work with security assignments within Vattenfall Services. As a project manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a broad role where you lead projects from start to finish and collaborate with both customers and colleagues.

You will, among other things:

• Act as a security specialist within our assignments.
• Be responsible for the procurement of execution contractors and drive projects towards set goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure that requirements within security, quality, and environment are met.
• Have ongoing dialogue with customers, authorities, and partners.
• Follow up on project implementation together with the project team and customer.
• Ensure that projects are concluded and invoiced correctly.

Travel is a natural part of the position, and you will work partially on-site at the facilities where the projects are carried out.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have experience in project management within the security area and thrive in a role where you take responsibility, create structure, and collaborate with many different actors. You are communicative and have an engaged way of working together with others. Since the work takes place both remotely from the office and on-site in operations, it is important that you enjoy taking personal responsibility and planning your daily routine.

We know that you will develop together with us. However, we would like you to already have:

• Experience in project management within integrated security systems.
• Knowledge of lock, alarm, and access systems or camera surveillance.
• Understanding of regulations regarding physical protection such as doors, fences, and gates.
• Experience driving projects from design to completed facility.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience within the security area.
• Computer proficiency.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Certifications as a qualified engineer in burglary alarms, fire alarms, or camera surveillance.
• Experience with systems such as Assa Abloy ARX.
• Experience with CAD or similar technical tools.
