CSG is now looking for a Bid Manager / Tender Manager – A strategic role in a growing CSG

CSG continues to grow and is now looking for an engaged and business-driven Bid Manager / Tender Manager who wants to become a key player in our continued development. About the role

As a Bid Manager / Tender Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating our bidding processes regarding both public and private procurements. You work closely with our business managers, operations organization, and other key functions to produce well-written, thoroughly prepared, and competitive bids that reflect the quality of our services and our offering.

You will become an important part of our continued growth journey and have significant influence over how we develop and strengthen our bidding work moving forward.

Your responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate the entire bidding process – from analyzing request for proposals (RFPs) to submitting the bid.
• Write, quality-assure, and develop bids with a high focus on quality and business acumen.
• Ensure that bids meet all requirements and are submitted on time.
• Collaborate with the operations organization, business managers, HR, finance, and other specialists to create the best possible bid.
• Develop templates, processes, and working methods for an even stronger and more efficient bidding process.
• Follow up on completed procurements and contribute to continuous improvements.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who loves to write and has a natural feel for language, structure, and quality. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive working towards clear deadlines without compromising on results.

We believe you have:

• Experience in writing and coordinating bids, preferably within public procurement.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent stylistic ability and ease in formulating clear, persuasive, and well-structured texts.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and business-oriented bids.
• A structured approach to work and good project management skills.
• A non-hierarchical attitude and ease in collaborating with different parts of the organization.

Experience from the security industry or Facility Management is meritorious, but not a requirement.

• Salary is set according to agreement.
• The position is based at our headquarters in northern Stockholm.
• Collective agreement - Union's white-collar worker agreement.
