- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Participate in trade fairs and events to build a broad network within the industry
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to strengthen and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Act as a technical sounding board for customers as well as internally
Your background and qualities
We are looking for you who have an interest in technology, customer relations, and collaboration. You thrive in an advisory role, where you combine sensitivity and needs analysis with a business-oriented and results-driven approach.
We believe you have:
- An HVAC engineering degree or equivalent technical education and experience
- Experience in sales within the field or similar
- A good understanding of what drives sales in the industry
- The ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Excellent skills in communication and negotiation
- A driver's license and fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
What we offer
Here, you will work with the market's leading products and solutions within district heating and cooling, and have an employer that combines over 70 years of knowledge with innovative solutions for the future. Our core values, Passion, Innovation, and Engagement, permeate every part and department of the company.
As a Technical Sales Engineer with us, we offer:
- An exciting and challenging role in a leading company within the industry
- The opportunity to influence and develop your district
- Exciting projects where you contribute to energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact
- A competitive salary with a corresponding benefits package
- Free and independent work in a positive and driven sales team with the opportunity to develop and grow together with the company
