Do you want to combine technical work with leadership? HelloFresh is now looking for a Team Lead Maintenance Technician for our production facility in Bjuv. This is a direct hire, meaning you will be employed directly by HelloFresh.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise with operational leadership. You lead the daily maintenance work while also working practically with troubleshooting, service, and improvements in production.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily maintenance work.
• Work operationally with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Inspect and replace sensors, transmitters, and other technical components.
• Perform simple electrical installations.
• Schedule maintenance shutdowns and ensure high operational reliability.
• Document and follow up on work in the maintenance system (CMMS).
• Coordinate work with external contractors and suppliers.
• Drive improvement work and develop routines within maintenance.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an ECY certificate (completed electrical training including apprenticeship).
• Has at least two years of experience in technical maintenance work, preferably in the food industry or other manufacturing industries.
• Has experience leading personnel as a Team Lead, foreman, or similar role.
• Has good knowledge of mechanics and practical troubleshooting.
• Has experience with maintenance systems (CMMS).
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Electrical authorization (A, AL, or B according to the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority).
• Experience from the food industry.
• Forklift license.
• Platform lift training.
• Hot Work certification.
