About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for the customer's assistance and the working environment for our personal assistants. You will work closely with customers to create individual solutions and ensure their needs are met in the best possible way, all in accordance with the laws and regulations governing our operations. Your tasks include:

• Recruiting personal assistants.
• Being responsible for the assistants' working environment and work planning.
• Budget responsibility and management of assistance costs.
• Planning and scheduling working hours according to collective agreements and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Marketing Inkludera Assistans and attracting new customers.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have relevant education or work experience in personal assistance or similar fields. You are confident in your leadership, proactive, and have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in the personal assistance and LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) sector is highly meritorious.
