The National Board of Institutional Care (SiS) is an authority responsible for individually adapted compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse problems. Job Description

As a Security Coordinator, you will play a key role in the institution's systematic security work. You will work operationally with security-related issues, such as risk and security assessments. Your duties include coordinating the planning, implementation, and follow-up of security work at the institution. You will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation and development of local routines, guidelines, and action plans within the security area.

Important and prioritized tasks in the beginning will be to ensure security assessments and the institution's incident reporting (ISAP). This responsibility includes quality assurance and rating of reports, distribution to incident handlers, and follow-up.

You will also assist the institution's director with situational reports based on the incident reporting system. You will coordinate the drug prevention work at the institution as well as the institution's information security work. As a Security Coordinator, you will participate in introductions, training, and exercises within the security area.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education in the security field, or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. You should have experience in security work and thrive on developing routines and methods. Experience working in an environment with incidents and serious events is a requirement. You must have good verbal and written communication skills and practical experience in training, education, and risk and security assessments. Proficiency in computer skills (Office package) is required. Some experience in technical and physical security work is desirable. Experience working with compulsory care or deprivation of liberty is meritorious.

You are a skilled problem solver, structured, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
