Job Description

We are now looking for an engaged and driven nurse to join our team at a specialized residential home. As a nurse at a specialized residential home, you have patient responsibility, where you are responsible for the planning, execution, and follow-up of the patient's care and treatment.

The role also includes mentoring care and support staff, delegating health care interventions, and close collaboration with other professional groups such as rehabilitation, unit managers, and assistant nurses. We work with leadership teams and team collaboration in our units. The leadership team consists of the unit manager and licensed staff who together lead the work in the unit. To strengthen patient safety, quality, and continuity, we work based on team collaboration where different professions in the team meet to create coordinated and person-centered care.

Working hours are scheduled and include days, evenings, and weekends. Most shifts are scheduled during the day, and you work only one weekend out of six. During evening and weekend shifts, you work across several operational areas: ordinary housing, specialized housing, the short-term unit, and LSS/psychiatry, which provides a flexible and challenging workplace.

Here, we work from a person-centered approach where we look at each patient's individual needs based on the individual's conditions. It is a flexible and varied job where you meet patients with different care needs and support interventions. You are challenged with creative and varied tasks where you put the individual at the center and consider each person's needs and conditions.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse; experience in municipal primary care is an advantage.

You have the ability to be flexible and independent in planning and carrying out your interventions.

As a person, you are solution-focused and receptive, and you share your competence.

You find it easy to collaborate and are unpretentious.

A B-driver's license and an extract from the criminal record register are required.
