We are now looking for experienced welders for our operations in Landskrona, with a planned start in autumn. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and developing role where your competence is valued and where you become an important part of an engaged team.

Job Description

In this role, you will work with new construction, maintenance, and repair of advanced structures. The work is varied and places high demands on precision, quality, and technical knowledge. We work with several different welding methods and material thicknesses over 10 mm, which means your experience and professional skill will come into their own every day.

As a welder, you will also work with various types of special steels used in marine products and diving applications. You are responsible for performing welding work according to drawings and technical specifications with high quality and precision. The role also includes quality control, documentation of completed work, and close collaboration with colleagues in production to ensure an efficient and safe workflow.

Working Hours

The position involves an attractive rotation schedule where you work three weeks in a row with working hours 07:00–19:00, followed by three weeks of consecutive leave. This provides excellent opportunities for a good balance between work and leisure.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have a solid background in welding and feel confident in your profession. You are solution-oriented, quality-conscious, and have a strong safety mindset. You enjoy taking responsibility for your work, are easy to collaborate with, and can also work independently. You have the ability to see the big picture in a job and understand how each step affects the final result.

• You must be at least 18 years old to be employed in this position.
• Have substantial experience in welding.
• Have documented experience in MIG, MAG, and TIG welding.
• Have experience welding material thicknesses over 10 mm.
• Master TIG welding in material thicknesses up to 50 mm.
• Have good proficiency in reading drawings.
• Have valid welding licenses according to 136 FM2, 111 FM2, 111 FM6, and 141 FM6.

Importance will, of course, also be placed on your other personal qualities.

We use Verifieras control tools to ensure that the current candidates do not have a background that is incompatible with the current position.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with preheating of materials.
• Experience with gas cutting.
• Certificate for Hot Work.
• Forklift license and/or crane license.
• Good knowledge of English.
