Your role

As a Sports Facility Worker, you represent our operations and are the face of our hospitality and service. You are also responsible, together with your colleagues, for maintaining artificial and natural grass fields, cleaning activity areas and premises, as well as caring for ice rinks and ski tracks. The work is flexible and varied, with both indoor and outdoor tasks. During a workday, you meet many people whom you help and support in various ways. This could involve guiding children to the right changing rooms, providing support to organizers during ongoing events, or ensuring that all visitors feel welcome and meet a clean facility in top condition.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing good service, communicates easily, and is ready to take on new tasks with enthusiasm. We see you as an initiator with a solution-focused mindset who thrives both collaborating and working independently. Your unpretentious attitude, curiosity, and being a natural part of the team are what we value most.

We are looking for someone with a B-driver's license for manual transmission, a high school education or equivalent competence, and basic computer skills. But most importantly, it is your passion for making our visitors feel welcome and taken care of.

Do you have previous experience working at a sports facility, in cleaning services, or in the gardening, agricultural, or nature sectors? That is definitely a plus! But even more important is your readiness to dive straight into new challenges and learn new skills. Have you not driven an ice resurfacer or tractor before? No problem – if you are ready to learn, we are ready to support you!

A few words from supervisor and colleague Malin

"I have the most fun job in the world! I contribute to creating conditions for a diversity of visitors to move around, which feels meaningful! For me, the team spirit is incredibly important, and we always strive to make each other better!"
