What will you be working with?

As an Electrical Operations Manager, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a work team that collaborates well between competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture.

Main areas of responsibility

• Safety and Compliance: Establish and maintain facility-specific risk analyses, routines, and instructions. Ensure that laws, regulations, and safety routines are followed. Ensure correct documentation and compliance with electrical work, support site managers, and monitor competence development among relevant staff.
• Team and Contractor Coordination: Appoint and delegate the role of electrical operations leader, ensure that only authorized project and service contractors are engaged, and communicate safety rules, policies, and maintenance instructions.
• Control and Inspection: Follow up on and develop methods for regular inspections and special inspections of electrical installations and associated equipment. Document actions and ensure rapid correction of any deficiencies.
• Training and Information: Organize strategic training in electrical safety issues and ensure that staff work according to updated safety regulations.
• Documentation: Continuously update documentation on electrical safety, instructions, and delegations in accordance with current legislation and company routines. Create and maintain routines for handling documentation related to electrical installations.
• Incident Management: Implement routines for accident and near-miss reporting and collaborate closely with the customer and contractors during investigations.
• Improvement Projects: Carry out improvement work for existing and new facilities, including documentation and electrical safety. Contribute to operation and maintenance issues during new construction and renovations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive knowledge of the Electrical Safety Act, Swedish industry practice, and SSN 50110.
• Is a high school or university engineer with a focus on electricity, or alternatively a project manager with several years of experience working with electrical safety and standards. Experience with maintenance, power systems, and work with large process facilities is advantageous.
• Has strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Is interested in development within the electrical industry and keeps up with news and trends, sharing information within the business.
• Is proactive with the ability to act independently and make decisions.
• Has a driver's license and the possibility to travel occasionally for work.
• Has a trustworthy manner and finds it easy to build good relationships both internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
• If you also have previous experience leading others, it is advantageous.

About the position

• Working time: Monday-Friday 8-17
• Start date: As agreed

The role is classified in a security class, and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
