You will step into a technically complex project within parking infrastructure, where a large underground garage facility is to be completed with new installations and updated control and monitoring solutions. Previous documentation has already been produced but now needs to be reviewed, corrected, and adapted to today's products, technical solutions, and updated framework documents.

In this role, you work closely with the client as a specialist in control system design. You contribute both to the design of tender documents and as technical support during the construction phase. The assignment may also include investigations in other projects within the same operations. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine deep technical competence with real impact in a demanding and concrete environment.

• You design and update tender documents for control and monitoring systems.
• You review previously produced documentation and ensure that it is correct, current, and adapted to today's market solutions.
• You identify and handle errors and deficiencies from previously completed parts of the project and introduce necessary adjustments in the documentation.
• You drive 3D design where applicable and produce models and drawings according to the client's design manual.
• You participate in clash tests and deliver models as support for coordination.
• You handle interfaces with adjacent construction work and ensure that clear handover points exist in the documentation where needed.
• You act as technical support during the construction phase and answer questions from the contractor.
• You contribute to investigations and similar efforts in other technology and installation projects.

• 5 years of experience in control system design for building automation.
• Documented education as an HVAC designer, civil engineering education, or equivalent.
• Documented education in AMA HVAC & Cooling and AMA EL in applicable parts.
• Documented knowledge and experience regarding SS-EN ISO 16484 for systems within building automation.
• You are well-versed in commonly used communication protocols within building automation, such as BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus.
• Documented experience in 3D control system design.
• Experience of at least 3 completed control and monitoring design projects in the last 5 years, of which at least one of comparable size and complexity. The design should have concerned either tender documents or construction documents.
• All communication and documentation must be in Swedish.
• If you also take on project responsibility, you need to have at least 3 years of documented experience as a project manager or project leader for consultancy assignments within installation technology or a corresponding technical area, experience of leading consultancy assignments according to ABK 09, and sufficient industry knowledge to quality-assure delivered documentation and conduct technical dialogue at a general level.

• Knowledge of BEAst PDF-Guidelines, Nameplate, References in documentation, Floor plan drawing, and More Efficient Review.
• Experience from at least one assignment concerning a parking facility, garage, or similar object.
• Experience with underground parking garages.
• Knowledge of the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations relevant to the design phase, especially AFS 2023:3 on design and construction work environment coordination.
