About the Caretaker Role

As a caretaker at Manpower, you will work on-site at a government agency, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. The role is varied and includes both practical and administrative tasks.

You will work closely with internal contacts as well as external suppliers and property owners.

Examples of duties include:

• Office services and internal support
• Handling of mail, goods, and deliveries
• Troubleshooting, reporting faults, and follow-up
• Patrolling and supervising premises
• Escorting craftsmen/technicians
• Administrative work in case management systems
• Minor repairs and maintenance

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, responsible, and service-oriented. You thrive in a practical role with varied tasks and find it easy to collaborate with different functions.

We expect you to have:

• At least three years of experience as a caretaker
• Class B driver's license
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with case management systems
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
