Job Description

The role of assistant nurse/care assistant involves supporting users according to their individual needs regarding personal care, meals, mobility, activities, etc. An important task is to support the healthy among the users. This means you provide them with support and encourage them to continue doing what they can manage themselves. You will work both in home care services and at Blomstergården.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as an assistant nurse or have education as a care assistant. It is meritorious if you have experience in care work and knowledge of dementia diseases. We value high empathy and great commitment to the well-being of elderly people and their opportunity for a dignified life. Considering users' different needs and opportunities is obvious to you. It is important that you have a professional and respectful attitude, as well as the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work climate to promote good cooperation. The work requires medical care work after delegation by a nurse. The work also includes documentation in the Combine system. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

A Category B driver's license is required.
