Do you want to help shape the future of forensic psychiatry in Norrbotten? We welcome your application!
Regional Forensic Psychiatry has a county-wide responsibility regarding involuntary care according to LRV (the Act on Forensic Psychiatric Care). Patients who have been sentenced to forensic psychiatric care come to us, as well as in some cases, patients requiring special care under LPT and patients under the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. There are a total of 44 inpatient beds, distributed across 5 care wards and one admission ward. In addition to inpatient care, about fifty patients are treated within the framework of open involuntary care, which is administered by two outpatient teams. To ensure nursing staffing at the forensic psychiatry clinic in Öjebyn, a targeted effort is made for this group. Currently, a salary supplement of 4,000 SEK/month is paid based on full-time employment. The supplement is linked to working at the clinic.
