We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to help build the next chapter together with us.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be the link between the customer, the contractor, the programmers, and the technicians. You will plan, coordinate, and drive the projects forward, but you are also technically interested enough to understand the systems and make the right decisions together with the team.

We believe that the best project managers still enjoy technology.

They want to understand why something works, not just when it should be finished.

Your responsibilities

Among other things, you will:

• Plan and lead automation projects from start to finished installation.
• Be the customer's contact person throughout the entire project.
• Coordinate programmers, technicians, and contractors.
• Ensure that projects adhere to schedules, budgets, documentation, and quality standards.
• Identify risks and solve problems before they become issues.
• Participate in technical reviews, commissioning, and handovers when needed.
• Contribute to developing our working methods and routines together with colleagues.

• Project Manager
• Automation Engineer
• Automation Technician
• Leading Fitter
• Foreman
• Service Manager

You enjoy creating structure, but you also know that reality sometimes requires flexibility. You are confident enough to make decisions, but humble enough to ask for help when needed.

You don't just want to deliver projects. You want to contribute to creating added value.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with projects within electricity, control, ventilation, or building automation.
• Has good technical understanding.
• Is used to contacting customers and contractors.
• Is structured and solution-oriented.
• Can work independently and take responsibility.
• Has a good understanding of and experience with project economics.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Building automation
• PLC or DDC systems
• Project economics
• Contracting projects
• BAS-P or BAS-U
