A new swimming pool is taking shape in a municipal operation where technology, public benefit, and long-term investment planning meet. You will join at an early stage and play a key role in creating structure, driving investigations, and providing qualified technical client support ahead of a complex construction project.

The current swimming pool has passed its technical lifespan, making the project important both for the operation and for the residents. The assignment involves responding to political decisions, investigating alternatives and consequences, and laying the foundation for future construction through a sustainable plan and the right project organization.

This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to combine urban planning, project management, and strategic client support in a project where you can influence both direction and next steps.

• You lead and coordinate work in an early project phase for a new swimming pool.
• You translate political decisions into clear sub-goals, decision support materials, and recommendations.
• You investigate consequences, alternatives, and costs related to possible locations and overall strategic choices.
• You drive materials for investment planning and economic follow-up in the project.
• You commission, lead, and follow up on investigations within areas such as nature values, traffic, water/sewage, environmental technology, and geotechnics.
• You contribute with technical client support in matters concerning ground work, detailed planning, and infrastructure.
• You prepare procurement documents according to LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act) and help the operation build a project organization for continued implementation.
• You collaborate with several stakeholders and drive the project forward with a focus on quality, feasibility, and economy.

• Documented experience in planning, construction, investigation, or otherwise involvement in the construction of swimming pools.
• Extensive experience in ground work and detailed planning in early stages.
• Experience with complex projects within management, ground, environment/nature areas, and infrastructure.
• Documented economic competence and extensive experience working with economy and follow-up in larger projects.
• Experience in preparing procurement documents according to LOU for the procurement of larger framework agreements.
• Experience in leading and commissioning investigations for detailed planning, such as nature values, traffic, water/sewage, environmental technology, and geotechnics.
• University education such as as a construction engineer, civil engineer, or university college engineer.
• Bas-P certification.
• Competence and experience within LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act).
• Experience of at least 1 similar assignment from the last 5 years, related to swimming pool projects in collaboration with the municipality and procurement according to LOU for design and construction.

• Experience of similar assignments in municipal operations.
• Experience of projects where economic budget resulted in correct outcome.
• Good understanding of politics, citizen needs, and economy in urban planning projects.
