About the Job

As a Software Developer in the IT department, you will be part of an agile development team delivering solutions, services, and integrations in collaboration with the business. The work is driven by the best interests of society, with a focus on customer experience and frequent deliveries. Our operations are characterized by great flexibility and adaptability.

In the team you will join, you will share responsibility for both the development and maintenance of our systems, primarily in Java. We are moving towards a container-based microservices architecture where you will work with Docker and Kubernetes. You will develop both frontend and backend with equal enthusiasm, while also contributing to other areas such as requirements gathering and testing. You will work both independently and as part of the team, helping each other in a flat hierarchy.

You will be part of a section with approximately 25 employees and consultants in the IT department, located in Gothenburg.

About You

In this role, you should:

  • be goal-oriented and contribute to achieving the purpose of the operations

  • express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.

You must also have:

  • a relevant higher education in IT and several years of current work experience in system development
  • at least three years of current and relevant work experience programming in languages such as Java, JavaScript, or C#.

It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience with Spring Boot, container platforms, system integrations, and automated testing.

The position is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.
