Your role as a pharmacist for Kronans Apotek on Svartbäcksgatan in Uppsala City

We are looking for you who are an engaged and experienced pharmacist who wants to take a key role as an expert in both prescription and over-the-counter medicines with us at Kronans Apotek Svartbäcksgatan.

The pharmacy is located right in the pedestrian street in the heart of Uppsala, surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants, and libraries – a vibrant area with a varied customer flow. Here you meet everyone from families with children and students to people in the middle of their daily lives, which gives you a varied workday where you have the opportunity to make a real difference for every customer.

On Svartbäcksgatan, you become part of an engaged and positive team with two pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians who together take great responsibility for the operations and always strive to create top-class customer experiences.

As an extra strength, the pharmacy is included in a city cluster together with Kronans Apotek Kvarnengallerian, Svartbäcken Health Center, and Dragarbrunn. This means that you become part of a larger context with many knowledgeable colleagues and good opportunities for collaboration, experience sharing, and competence development. Together we are a strong team with a large number of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who support each other across pharmacy borders and create a dynamic work environment where you can both develop and make a difference – every day.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from counseling and sales of medicines and self-care products to work with inventory, campaigns, quality work, and development. The role also includes the following areas of responsibility and tasks:

• Dispense the correct medicine to each customer and offer professional patient counseling while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
• Promote participation and good cooperation within the pharmacy and together with colleagues create a positive group dynamic.

The pharmacy is open 09-18 on weekdays, 10-17 on Saturdays, and 12-17 on Sundays. We offer a permanent position on full-time or part-time basis (by agreement) and you are welcomed to Pharmacy Manager Alaa Mohammed's team. Desired start autumn 2026.

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or pharmacist. To thrive in the role, we believe you have a genuine interest in helping customers to good medication use and better health.
