Our 1,800 employees work with primary care and health in Uppsala County. We offer a wide range of services within primary care. Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own health centres or within habilitation services, and we provide advice by phone via 1177. Education, research, and development are important to us, as we adapt our services based on the needs of the residents. We already offer mobile teams, video visits, and smart e-services.

Storvreta Health Centre is a well-functioning health centre with teamwork in focus. Now that one of our registered nurses is moving on to another position, we are looking for a new employee who wants to become part of our team and contribute to continued good care and development.

With us, you will work broadly within primary care and meet patients of different ages and with varying needs. You will become an important part of a cross-professional collaboration where the patient is always in focus.

Your Assignment

As a registered nurse/enrolled nurse at Storvreta Health Centre, you will work with patient contact both through scheduled visits and via phone or chat. We have several specialist clinics, and the work is very varied, with accessibility in focus. As a registered nurse/enrolled nurse at the health centre, you will need to be flexible and work together with different professions.

Your Competence

We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse/enrolled nurse, preferably with experience from primary care. As a person, you are positive, have a flexible work style, and good ability to collaborate with the rest of the team, while also having habit and experience working independently. You also have good ability and a desire to develop the operations together with other professional categories at the clinic. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Our Operations

Storvreta Health Centre belongs to the Primary Care and Health administration, Region Uppsala, and is located in a community north of Uppsala. The health centre is centrally located in Storvreta. You can easily get here via the Upptåget train, which takes 8 minutes from Uppsala. There is also a bike path from central Uppsala if you prefer the more active option on a nice summer day. We offer most services within primary care, and at the health centre, everyone works to give our patients the best possible care. We currently have about 8,100 registered patients and are a work group of 37 employees. The operations are under constant development, and we continuously work on improvements with a focus on patients' needs and a good work environment for our employees.
