Forenede Care provides home care services on behalf of Uppsala Municipality, targeting individuals aged 65 and over. We work in a person-centered manner within interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with occupational therapists, nurses, and care staff. Here, you will receive close support from both colleagues and management, with opportunities to influence and develop in your role.

Your Role

As a licensed physiotherapist, you help create conditions for patients to live as independent, engaged, and meaningful lives as possible.

• You assess activity and functional capacity.
• Carry out interventions such as training and treatment.
• Fit and prescribe assistive devices.
• Work preventively to maintain good health.
• Work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups.

Your role also includes mentoring and delegating tasks to staff within your profession, as well as documenting according to current laws and regulations.

Who are you?

You are a licensed physiotherapist.

• Experience in elderly care is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team.
• Solution-focused, confident, and with a warm approach to people.
• Valid Category B driver's license.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a physiotherapist for a permanent position with a 6-month probation period, at 100% employment.
