Main Responsibilities
To Hemköp Norrköping Ljura, we are now looking for you who want a fun and stimulating job. In return, we can offer good development opportunities in an organization where we dare to think outside the box. As a Store Associate, your role involves:
- Taking significant personal responsibility to ensure our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
- Ensuring shelves are well-stocked and that the store is clean and tidy.
- Working together with colleagues to focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and high quality. You will become an important part of the chain towards an inspiring shopping experience.
Job Details:
- Position: Hourly position as needed.
- Start Date: According to agreement.
- Working Hours: Varied hours including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect
Being interested in food, enjoying working with customers and sales is a prerequisite. Specifically, we expect you to:
- Work well in a team, be meticulous, quality-conscious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Together with colleagues, manage the daily operations of the store with a service- and sales-oriented mindset, having an eye for both details and the big picture.
Note: In reference to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Annex 2), we do not hire persons under 18 years of age for this role.
