We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with at least 5 years of experience in the profession. The position also requires good knowledge of Swedish and a valid driver's license (Category B).
It is an advantage if you have further education as an occupational health nurse or other relevant further education. We would also appreciate if you have experience from occupational health care as well as knowledge of preventive health measures in working life, alcohol and drug rehabilitation, and motivational interviewing (MI).
It is also an advantage if you have experience of:
- consultative work with managers, employees, and operations
- medical examinations as well as alcohol and drug testing
- planning, conducting, and delivering training and information campaigns
We particularly value your ability to combine medical competence with a health-promoting and preventive approach, as well as your ability to independently drive and develop initiatives in the field.

What you will work with
The Occupational Health Service is Region Norrbotten's internal occupational health care and is an impartial expert resource within occupational safety and health. The service works both health-promoting, preventive, and corrective at the organizational, group, and individual levels. There are 15 competent employees working at the Occupational Health Service. As an occupational health nurse with us, you will, among other things, work with statutory medical examinations and health surveys. You will conduct mapping conversations and provide support for work-oriented rehabilitation, job adaptation, and alcohol and drug rehabilitation. You will also deliver training within the occupational safety and health area, as well as provide advice and support to managers and employees in health and occupational safety issues.
The work involves both independent work and collaboration with other professional groups within the Occupational Health Service, as well as cooperation with other support functions within the organization.

Information about the position
Permanent full-time position with daytime working hours. The location is at the Occupational Health Service in Luleå, with the entire county as the work area. Travel is involved in the work.
Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
